Hello, thanks for help for advice. I hope you could forgive my bad english.
I have an old labtec webcam, the one in this photo ( http://www.labtec.com/lang/images/0/241.jpg ) and i lost my installation CD. I'm trying to install the drivers on XP 32bit with the drivers on the labtec website (http://www.labtec.com/index.cfm/service/listing/AP
The install asks me to unplug my cam before start, I do that and i go on with it. When it finishes it asks me to plug my webcam and leave the PC configure it but, when i plug my cam, windows doesn't recognize it and pop ups the window for a new hardware. The setup of the webcam freezes and nothing else happens.
I've tried everything, to make the computer search in the folder of the installation (Labtec one, in program files) to start the driver installation inside the folder. I really don't know what to do, i just downloaded some other drivers that are called "webcam604enu.exe" is it good for my webcam? Or i should try with the one on the webiste? How?
Thanks
Lucas
