Hi.
My webcam has been serving me faithfully for the time I've had it (about a year, I believe), then, one day, all of the sudden my computer did not recognize it when I plugged it in. My computer recognizes all other USB devices plugged in.
When I plug in my webcam, this is the bubble that pops up, then I click on the bubble, this is what appears.I click on Unknown Device in the dialog box and this is the dialog box that appears.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software using Logitech's website suggestion, which says that version 11.5 is what I need - yet - I've read around and it seems that I might need version 11.8.
How would I go about doing this (would someone provide a link)? Is it indeed what I need - or could it really still be a problem with my computer?
Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
Thank you.

As a troubleshooting step, please try installing the camera in UVC Mode.
Thanks.

What is the 860-xxxxxx (or 8xxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?
Thanks.
