Good day, I've got a problem with my QuickCam Express... I'm using an AMD Sempron processor, and the picture is blurry... the hotfix did not work, what do I do?

1) What is the 860-xxxxxx (or 8xxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?
2) Which version of the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application/drivers is installed (FAQ #5105)?
3) Does this issue occur when you are using the camera in the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application (i.e., to create still images and/or videos), or only in a third-party Instant Messenger program?
Thanks.

OK, the number is 861050-0020... I have the 2002 driver installed... When I use the QuickCam software I get the same problem as when I use the Windows XP software...

I forgot to mention:
1. The USB/VID... It's USB\VID_046D&PID_0840\5&2051EE&0&2
2. When I use any program (i.e. accessing the camera from My Computer, QuickCam software, or anythine else), it shows a blurry image...

I know where the focus ring is, I've adjusted it many a time... I'm actually guaranteed though that it's not the camera, reason being the attached picture was taken in 2002 on the computer I had before... and since I was introduced to AMD processors recently (probably in 2004), I suspect that the reason lies there..
