USB\VID_046D&PID_0990 / 860-000109 OS: XP (Have service pack 2 installed) AMD 64 Processor, 2.21 GHz, 3.0 GB RAM -
I go through all 4 steps of intalling the software on my PC and when it says it's finished, I click "Finish" and...nothing. There is not software showing in my remove software program and when I plug in my webcam, it just registers as a USB Video Device. I installed the software on a different computer that runs on XP with no issues and the camera worked fine.
Help please!

Does this issue occur when the camera is installed in UVC Mode?
Thanks.

Sorry, Cancel my last post; plugged in my Logitech Headset, not my Webcam. Webcam is still showing as "USB Video Device."
I found those files without .inf and also in .pnf form.
