Hello everyone ![]()
Tecnical aspects:
32-Bit windows vista
M/N: V-UCC22
P/N:860-000110
PID: LZ937BP
Problem:
I have 2 pcs, one running windows XP and the other one wih windows vista.
First, I connected the camera on the XP and everything went fine, runs moothly, you get the idea.
But, here's the deal: when I try to install it on the vista one, on the installation, I'm prompted to connect the camera, I do so, the cammera moves, mi pc registers that I've connected the divice (webcam and microphone) and....nothing hppens. the installation stops there and no red led turns on.
Well, I tried the skip button, but the logitech camera software won't recognize the camera (no config, no photo shooting...) while other aplications like MSN do.
I've tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it from cd, downloading the drivers from logitech website, installing it "clean" ( as I've read on forum), doing the "plug-unplug" thing mentioned before installing, plugging the cam for 1 hour straight on the "detect camer" step, doing every solution listed on the forum, checking the bios and the problem is still there...
so if you could please, PLEASE, gimme a hand with this, I've been trying for more than a week and nothing, I'm a little desperate on this one.

Does this issue occur when the Logitech Webcam Software (LWS) 1.10.1113 (a.k.a. QuickCam 12.10.1113) is installed?
Thanks.
