OS: Win 7, 32 bit
Camera Model #: V-UBH44
I have misplaced the original software that came with the camera. I have downloaded the updated software from Logitech's website. When I install the software and follow the prompt to connect the camera, I'm told there is an incompatible webcam detected.
I have tried installing the software anyway and the camera lights up but the picture does not come up (just black screen). I have uninstalled all Logitech software and unplugged the cam, restarted my computer and tried a fresh install. I get the same error.
I have used this camera previously, but not with Win 7. I tried using the autodetect feature on your website and only my keyboard and mouse were detected.
What can I try next to get this camera working?

If this helps, the device manager is showing me two USB\VID numbers:
The first reads: USB\VID_046D&PID_08CF&REV_0005&MI_00
The one underneath it reads: USB\VID_046D&PID_08CF&MI_00

Does this issue occur when QuickCam 220.127.116.118 is installed?
ZannaB sez -
So I've switched back to Windows XP - The Quickcam Ultra Vision is still not recognized.
