Recording videos on Logitech Pro 9000 - sound interference

When recording guitar through a USB microphone, a popping sound appears after approx. 30secs every time we try to record.

 

Can anyone help please?

1) What is the 8xxxxx (or 860-xxxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?

2) Which version of the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application/drivers is installed (FAQ #5105)?

3) What Operating System (OS) and Service Pack (SP) version is installed?

Does this issue occur when the Logitech Webcam Software (LWS) 1.00.1280 (a.k.a. QuickCam 12.00.1280) is installed?

yea it does occur when the softwar is installed.

I've followed all the steps for UVC mode and it wont automatically install...?

Are the following INF installed in %windir%\inf?


  • ks.inf
  • usb.inf
  • usbvideo.inf
  • wdmaudio.inf
  • wdma_usb.inf

Please try reinstalling the Logitech Webcam Software "clean".
