Hi. I just got a Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000, initially everything worked great. But I made the mistake of installing quickcam 10 and now that seems to have thrown everything out of whack. I completely uninstalled quickcam and the webcam hardware and went back to quickcam 9.5. Now I'm having a problem with RightLight not working. I can't manually adjust the white balance, exposure, gain, low light boost, or color boost. If I try to adjust the white balance the slider just jumps back to it's original position with no change in the picture. If I try to adjust any of the other mentioned settings there is no effect at all. As a work around I have found that unplugging the webcam from the USB port then plugging it back in fixes things. But once I restart windows it goes back to RightLight not working.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled both software and hardware countless times now with no luck. I even used system restore to go back before I installed the webcam but still have the same problems. Any help or advice would really be appreciated.
