Lets you capture is a variety of wrappers (.avi, .wmv, .flv, .asf .mpg, .3gp, .mp4, .mov, etc.) and compressors. You can set the sample rate, sample bits, and bitrate for most of the audio codecs. Best of all, its freeware.
