I apologize if this question has already been answered on the forum. I cannot find a search function that searches anything except the pre-packaged answer files, and my question is not answered there.
Is it possible to switch off the Quick Cam software's sound effects?
The "camera click" sound effect (most current release) comes out too loudly for my normal PC audio settings, and I do not want to adjust the volume of my ambient music just to quiet this sound.
Thanks - I appreciate your time.

Thanks KachiWachi.
The Tech Support email contact page requires a product serial number and part number. I cannot find this information on the unit or in the User's Guide booklet or the installation CD.
Here's what I did find:
On the box, over the bar code -- QC Orbit AF 960-000111
On the CD envelope's round plastic seal -- 630 - 000099 Rev:014
Can you help me find the information I need to contact Tech Support ?
Thanks again.
