I am using Vista and can install webcam (QuickCam® Communicate I think) fine but when I go to update, the computer freezes and I can't click
or do anything. I will then turn computer off but when I turn it back on again it is still frozen. Eventually it comes up with a msg saying that I should change my Vista colour scheme to basic to make the computer run faster. Then I get a pop up saying that the problem is with the webcam. The only way to get the computer to start working properly again is to uninstall the camera (which takes forever because PC is so slow).
