Dear,
I'm replacing all the old quickCam pro we used to use with WebCAm c270. My problem is that When I try to use them, everything lag, and the software is running really slowly.
I'm using VMWARE View 5, with Windows Seven 32 bits. Before, in the old QuickCam, I was able to set the bandwith limit lower(via device manager), to make the webcam working good, but now, I can't find back this option, and opening the program into a VM is a pitty. . . IT's taking more that 10 minutes, and it 's lagging.
Someone got an idea for me ?
Regards,
Ced

Hi CedricCP,
The C270 webcam streams HD video, that's why it requires more bandwidth. If you need the webcam to work faster I suggest to change the resolution to a lower one.
To change the resolution: Launch the LWS software, click on Quick Capture, Make sure the switch is turned to Video, Click on the Controls button and change the resolution to Small.
If you don't have the Logitech Webcam Software you can download it from the Downloads Page.
