Hi Folks,
Webcam Pro 9000 + PC running Windows XP SP3 problems...
In short: latest available logitech drivers are installed and when I try to initialise the camera in any video application (Skype, Logitech app, in-built viewer in Windows Explorer) the orange light on the camera comes on but no video displays - there's either a black screen on the Logitech app or just a spinning wheel on a black screen in Skype.
I've tested the camera and it works fine on other computers. I can record audio from the camera when plugged into this computer; it's just the video that's not working, regardless of which resolution/quality setting I try.
Any advice or help appreciated!

Does this issue occur when the camera is installed in USB Video Class (UVC) Mode?
Thanks.

Thanks!
That worked fine. For reference, to change the camera to "USB Video Class Mode" - I went to the device manager and changed the driver it was using from the Webcam Pro 9000 driver to the generic windows one that was offered.
All functions appear to be working correctly now.
