Webcam Pro 9000 image upside down

The image on my webcam pro 9000 is upside down in all programs.  I am currently just using the built-in Windows camera drivers.  But even when I had the Logitech drivers and webcam software it was upside down while the invert camera box was unselected.  I have tried reinstalling the drivers, I used regedit to make it was uninstalled, I even switched cameras with a co-worker and on his computer my camera is fine but his camera on mine is upside down.  I'm stuck for ideas of what to do.

Re: Webcam Pro 9000 image upside down

Welcome to the Logitech Community Webcam Forum n0mikey! :smileyhappy:

1) What is the 860-xxxxxx (or 8xxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?

2) What Operating System (OS) and Service Pack (SP) version is installed?

Thanks.

Are there any third-party DirectShow video filters installed on your PC?

Thanks.

Re: Webcam Pro 9000 image upside down

Not as far as I know.  I do have multiple applications that use the webcam; Polycom PVX, Vidyo.  But the camera had worked with those programs in the past with no issues.  The only thing I can think of that is different now compared to when it used to work is I changed my computer monitor to use one with a DVI connector.  I do not know how that would change things.

Re: Webcam Pro 9000 image upside down

Does this issue occur when the original monitor is reconnected to your PC?

Thanks.

Re: Webcam Pro 9000 image upside down

The issue occurs when there is no monitor connected to my laptop and I'm just using the Laptop screen.  But here's another thing that might be helpful.  I have an integrated webcam that is not upside down.

Re: Webcam Pro 9000 image upside down

I got it figured out, my "Dell Webcam Central" program had "mirror image" on for the logitech camera.  Which is odd because I don't even remember using that program.  Thank you for all your support.
