Hi.
I have been using my Logitech V-UBS47 for some time, without any problems. Then one day when turning my computer on, the picture was totally out-of-focus or blurry. I have tried installing the software on a different computer, but the picture stays the same on that computer as well. There is, as far as I can tell, no focus ring on this webcam (I read that that was the common solution in others posts in the forum...). Does anyone have an idea how I might get the picture focused again?
Thanks.
Lisbeth

How embarrassing... My camera DID have the manual focus ring. I tried turning it before posting the question, but as it was "stuck", I drew the conclusion that I was not supposed to turn it and didn't dare to use the necessary force. Thanks for enlightening me ![]()
