OK...here's where I start guessing.
Try lvPEPIv.inf.

Can I assume it worked then?
The only thing I can't be sure of is that all of the necessary components will be loaded by just that INF.
A friend has one of these though...if you could post the driver list that was loaded, I can compare them and get back to you. (Posting screen snaps from the Device Manager of the driver list would be acceptable.)
