I am running Windows7 64-bit. I have downloaded and installed (several times) the proper software from Logitech. When I plug in the QuickCam Express camera, sometimes the computer just ignores it. Sometimes Windows attempts to install it, but tells me it can't find the driver. The Logitech software tells me no webcam is connected. I know the camera works, because I have used it on another computer, running XP. What should I do?

The UPC code has been removed from the box (I bought it used). But it appears to be an older product as the box says it is compatible with Windows2000 and Windows ME. But as for a number, I cannot find one anywhere. The box just calls it a QuickCam Express, with a manually-focused camera on a triangular base with a button on the top that appears to do nothing with pressed.
