error " 0x800401e3" when trying to use special effects with YAHOO MESSENGER

when i try use the effects with yahoo messenger i have this error 0x800401e3

i extra bought this cam for yahoo messenger to show friends this cool special effects , now im very disappointed because have already a webcam and bought this cam for nothing :-(

without messenger the effects works ok , its only when i start the yahoo messenger :-( , i also can use cam without effects in messenger

what can i do ?? If there is no solution i bring cam back to shop :-(

please simple explain im not perfect in english

and anyway whats wrong with this effects that so many people have this problems with same error ?? can you not fix this with patch or update?

i saw this thread but first: im not so good in english so dont know what to do , there are so many answers and i dont know which is the right one for me , i have other problem video effects works og BUT not in yahoo messenger , i cant find any solution in this thread for my problem

and second: maybe you can explain step by step what i have to do that it works with yahoo messenger

thanks for so much help thats what i call SERVICE

video effects works not with yahoo messenger , i try 2 versions 9.5 and 10 always same message "wrong software"

Also always error with SYSTEMRESSOURCES works not ok

make next time right programms

bring back my cam to shop today
