I've a question about the frames per second. On the specifications on the box from the webcam s5500 it says videocapture up to 30 frames per second. But when i make a video movie and i save that file, the metatagfile says the movie has only 15 frames per second. How could that be? How can i change the frames per second so that i have a movie of 30 frames per second? I think a movie of 15 fps has more ghost images then a movie of 30 fps.
