Webcams

When I try to use my webcam in the Logitech Webcam Software I got that message:

But, in the skype it's working. And also in another programs.
Only in that program it's does'nt work!

What's the problem!?

This is a User to User Forum. Logitech employees do respond sometimes, but you may get better results trying to call or email them.

Select the support tab from the top of this page, click on contact us and choose email. If you would prefer,  we can try to help from here. What operating system are you using? Please provide the M/N and P/N located on a tag attached to the USB cable of the web camera. With this information we can determine if the correct Logitech Webcam Software is installed.
