problem installing quickcam for notebook deluxe V-UAV35

hello all, i have the following webcam in my hands
m/n : V-UAV35
p/n: 861200-0000
PID: CE54708
OS: Windows xp professional version sp3
i have already tried with a couple of drivers like
quickcam 11.1.0.2030 and with the one fm logitech webpage for mn V-UBG35

i will really appreciate to receive some advise, i really need to install this camera....

Please try reinstalling QuickCam 11.1.0.2030 "clean".

thanks yr prompt reply, but still is not being recognized by windows xp.
just to mention, when i plug the camera the green light is on. but still not recognized by windows or the installation driver system
