I have a QuickCap 9000 with Windows 7, fully up to date, and my QuickCam software up to date. When I try to do a Photo Capture I get a "Capture Failed" message. Here is the device information.

Hello Trainwrecks,
Please be sure the folder exists Start > Pictures > Logitech Webcam . You may need to adjust permissions for the folder. Please see: http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Webcams/Capture-fail
