Account Unknown Error

In Command Center, I noticed that my cameras are not currently online.  When I go into Setup/Online and click on Connect, I get this error:  "Account Unknown".  If I click on the Info link, I get "Internet Explorer Cannot display the webpage".

 

Please resolve ASAP.

Still cannot access camera playback.

Unable to Login to Wilife

I am unable to login to wilife online at all. I keep getting an error that "Your e-mail or password was not recognized. Please try again" when I know I have the correct password.  I called Tech Support this morning and the rep said she was having the same problem.  [personal content edited]

 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem and if so, when is it to be resolved?  Thanks!

I had the same problem this morning. I even went as far as changing my password before I contacted support and found out that it wasn't a problem with my account but rather a system wide problem.  I tried again a few minutes ago to login, and am still unable.
