 The Systems are working, Would you be able to give us a little more information. What symptoms or Error message did you received? 

 

 Would you be able to attempt to re-connect to your camera(s) remotely once again and let us know as to what exactly you see. If you do get any error message, would you be able to provide us with that information as well please.

i lost signal of my commander  on my computer last night. and can only see the cameras through the the web commander can it be my router? cause i tried seeing the cameras on another computer an says roughter can not be found. they had been working fine.

Hello rdbcrystal,

 

 Your account looks good on our end so it looks like there ought to be an interruption between your computer and the router. Have you tried to restart your computer? Restarting your computer should resolved anything simple and re-connect you back to your camera(s).

 

 Let me know how it goes.

I am able to log into my account fine. When does this happen? Does it happen when you are trying to view videos?
