outdoor poe camera 700 series

The wizard stops half way through driver setup. Then message states could not complete driver install.

Please help. Tried 2 cd`s with same effect. Even v2.5 cd`s say error with driver when installed.

I need some help guys.

Hello joeylurpre,

 Do apologize for the long delay in response.

 The reason that you are running into this trouble is because you are attempting to install the wrong software on your Computer. You are attempting to install Wilife Command Center instead of the Alert Commander.

 Please do the following to completely remove the Wilife Command center :

1, Make sure your Command Center is Closed.

2, Right click on the Small camera right beside the clock and click on exit.

3, Click on Start, Go to Control Panel and click on Program>Programs and Features  and browse over to Wilife Command Center and click on Uninstall.

Once its completely uninstalled,

4, Click on Start, click on Computer

5, Double click on C:\ and open it

6, On the Left hand side, click on Organize

7,On the top left hand side, you will see Organize, click on that.

8, Go down and click on Folder and Search options

9, Click on View

10, Go down and click on Show Hidden Files and Folders

11, Click on Apply and then click on Ok

12, Go down and click on Folder options

13, Click on View

14, Go down and click on Show Hidden Files and Folders

15, Click on Apply and then click on Ok

16, You should see a folder called Application Data, open this folder

17, Right Click on Wilife and click on Delete

Lastly, Open the Recycle bin on your desktop and empty all the files and folders.

18, Restart Your Computer to make sure there are no other Hidden files left behind on your System

Once you have done the above, download the software from the below provided link and install it.

On the top right hand side, you will see Software Downloads, click on download installation software (The software for the indoor and the outdoor camera is the same).

Select your Operating System on the next page, click on download Software
