Hi--my computer skill is very basic, so I need simple instructions for how to copy a 10-minute portion of my Wi-Life video taken by my security camera that I can view on my laptop. I would like to be able to attach it to an e-mail. I am able to view the video playback by clicking on the green lines along the bar at the bottom of the screen, but I cannot figure out how to copy the part I need from the green lines and save it to another place. I see that it has segments, but I would like to copy a 10-minute span that I guess is made up of several segments? Thank you.

Hello bb55,
Using Wilife Command Center you have to save each segment separately. Right click on each segment and choose 'Save Current Segment'. Then you will have to specify where you want the segment saved, and what you want to call the newly created file.
After saving all the pertinent clips you can use video editing software (e.g. Windows Movie Maker) to load each video clip and save it as a full video file. When you play this video file it should now play all the clips in a continuous stream.
