Unable to get wilife installed. Software appears to work, then I go to setup to find cameras. It apparently finds the adapter then goes to test configuration. It then gives me a USB connection error. I rerun following all procedures with same result. Saw another post with something about a corrupted driver. Could this be it and if so where do I find a good driver to install?

Dear DavidSchnitzTX,
It is not all the time but, the driver do get corrupted. Here is what I would like you to check and perform on your computer.
Depending the Computer you have the system installed, do the following :
1, Close the Command center and exit it. (Right click on the camera on the bottom right and click exit)
2, Start>Right click on Computer/MyComputer and click on Manage
3, Device Manager(top left)>Network Adapter
4, Click on View on the tool bar and select show hidden devices(Check to see how many USB Power Packet Network Adapter's you see and if there are any error signs beside them(Yellow Exclamation mark, red sign, etc)
If you see multiple Adapter's or any error signs, right click on it and uninstall it.
5, Close everything and remove the USB Adapter from the back of your Computer and restart.
6, Go to the below provided link and re-download and install the software again :
http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support-downloads/do
7, Go through the installation but do not insert the usb until it is completed.
8, When the command Center opens up, minimize it and insert the usb adapter back into your computer.
You should see a pop up that should say installing usb driver. if you see that, you are good to do.
Re-open the Command Center and search for your Camera(s) again.
Let us know how it goes.
