just playing at being a security company. how else can you explain the way they treat us, the customer. problems after hours, wait till morning. problems on a weekend, wait till a weekday. a security company they are NOT.
Cat, Karuban, Lenny et all, try the best they can with what they are given to work with but Logitech itself has to step up to the plate and take responsibility for this mess.

100% Agree with your post. I work in the security industry and made the desicion a few years back to use the WiLife system in my home for ease of installation. Now that systems have come down in price it may be time to dump the Logitec Line.
It's a shame because the system USED to do what you paid for. Now the service is so hit or miss one shouldn't dare expect to protect their business or family with it.

Hi Cat,
Does anybody in upper management take alook at these forums? Is anybody listening other than you guys on the front lines?
If they are, it would be nice to hear from them.
How can a company selling security products be shut down for two days with no apparent backup system in place, consider itself a security company? Are we all wrong? Why "no comment" from anybody in management? Who do we call to complain too, other than you guys? What is a number or email that we can contact to talk to someone who can do something about this mess? Who is responsible for WiLife within Logitech?
Very frustrating.

Hello bearbuck,
Sadly I cannot answer these questions. All I can pass on is what I have been told by our engineers. We do have people from the product team of the cameras that do read these forums, but I cannot promise they will post. If you do have concerns you can either contact us through email or contact our corporate office. You can find the number on the "contact us" page of our website.

People are forgetting the Wilife line is discontinued , no longer being sold, software is not being updated and been that way for a while now.
IMO it is only a matter of time before the servers go down for good. They are already offline a handful of days every month now.

Hello bearbuck,
Our engineers work from PST, but I am not sure of their schedules. Logitech Customer Care phone support for North America is open for another 5 1/2 hours.

Hello again bearbuck,
I completely understand, but I do not know what the engineers will do as we are not in the same location and I have no control over anything with the servers. I am the same type of agent that you speak with on the phones.
