Good morning bearbuck,
We do have people who read these forums for these departments, they just do not post.
If you want something to go straight to the appropriate department in your own words you can fill out a product survey at www.logitech.com/ithink

Hello 12105x,
The only technical number you can call is our Technical support agents, but it depends on your region. They will have the same information that we do on here. For North America the number is 1-888-469-4543. Here is a link to Europe's contact numbers: http://logitech-en-emea.custhelp.com/app/answers/d
If you have feedback it is best to fill out a survey because that goes directly to head office and then they will route the survey to the appropriate department. You can also post your feedback in the Share Your Thoughts board as well.

can I assume that everyones system is working like mine is.
I am unable to monitor cameras at all BUT the system is working as it should other than that. I am still getting text and video clips if movement is detected.
i'm in BC Canada.
