I distinctly recall seeing something on the website previously to dishing out $$$ on 4 outdoor cameras as well as 2 indoor cameras with regard to viewing/monitoring from a smartphone device.
The WiLife website does NOT work with: iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Phone 7, Droid, Google Phone.
This product is ABSOLUTELY the most obsolete garbage on the market! What good is this product if i cannot even view my surveillance remotely without sitting IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER!!??
I would LOVE to know when this situation will be resolved- IF EVER? I would secondly LOVE to receive a credit for the mistake of purchasing this useless equipment.
In addition to the aforementioned, i love having a 2 minute LAG in seeing a vehicle drive by my street (with my eyes) then see it appear on my COMPUTER screen MINUTES later- TALK ABOUT REAL TIME!!
Again, this product, HUGE failure. Biggest mistake to purchase this NOVICE equipment.
Logitech- FAIL.

The Wilife cameras are becoming end of life. The master systems are no longer made and the cameras are no longer sold in Canada. The new system (Logitech Alert) work with the newer phones, but wilife only works with windows mobile phone. This is because those were the smartphones that were made when the cameras were made.
You aso need to make sure that silverlight is installed on your windows mobile phone to view the website: online.wilfe.com
You can try and change the bit rate and frame rate under camera settings to help with this issue Sometimes they lag due to how far they are away from the home computer that has the USB adaptor plugged into. If they still lag when they are close to the computer there could be other issues that are best to call technical support about.

I agree with smarturtle. i am so so disapointed in logitech.
I spent almost 1000 Euro for camera equipment and now you are telling us this product is "End of Life".
These cameras are still sold in stores in Sweden.
How hard is it to develop or adapt an iPhone or Android app to make it work with these cameras ?
Fix this Logitech. So So bad publicity !!!!!!!!!!

Both Android and iPhone apps are unlikely, due to the licensing required to use Windows Media codecs that the cameras use. The new Alert cameras use basic .mp4 containers for the video, which are universally supported on Android, Apple, and Blackberry.

For Android phones or atleast my EVO running OS 2.2 I can go to the www.rdmplus.com website and connect to my computer remotely and view live feeds that way. Also play back the video and make changes. You do have to pay one time for the rdmplus service buts it only around $30.
There is no Android app so you have to use the browser but there is an iPhone and iPad app.

Sorry MickeS, they are not going to fix it, or update the cameras or Command Center software... ever. Logitech used surveys and then took our recommendations and created a whole new camera system with them, and then told the people who spent over a thousand dollars (or euros in your case) to piss off. And, at several hundred dollars per camera, they are not cheap when compared to other manufacturers out there, which is why them complaining about the cost of licensing is a joke.
The sad part is, these cameras are firmware upgradeable so new features can be added, and bugs squashed (of which there are a LOT of). Also, the Command Center software is in DIRE need of being optimised.
Right now you can only log into a computer running the Command Software and view it remotely. You can do as the other poster suggested and pay to have access via their remote log in app. Alternatively, if you have an iPhone or Android-based phone, you can use a free service such as dyndns.org (not sure if they work in Europe though, but there should be others that do), UltraVNC Server running on the computer that has the Command Center software, and Mocha VNC lite app for the phone. This set up will not cost you anything. I use it, and while it is obviously not as good as if Logitech would produce an app, it is better than nothing.

Calm down, guys!
You can future-proof your cameras by switching from Wilife Command Centre to Blue Iris, that is being continuously supported and has a webserver to stream video. Remote viewing works fine for me from a PC with this setup. I haven't tried it, but Live Cams is advertised as a good app to use with Blue Iris to see your video on an iPhone.

Blue Iris does not show real time video. I am not quite sure what Logitech has done, but with less than 4 cameras the Command Center software will show motion in near real time (around 3 to 10 second delay). Blue Iris has to buffer and will only show a 3 to 20 minute delay.
So, while Blue Iris is nice for archiving footage, it can not be used for real time monitoring.

I think something is wrong with your system if BI is delayed 20 minutes as with mine, its maybe 3-5 seconds unless I am misunderstaning something.
