 With BI though there is also a free Android app, IP Cam Viewer Lite, that allows viewing of your cameras.  Set up your cameras with Blue Iris as the selection and its a nice app.  I can view all 4 of my camera quad type on the same screen or one at a time in a larger view.

yeah, I've been there too bro. But when I encountered the problem, there was no such support for me . That's why I had to find a thrid-party app (which is called Xeona video surveillance software) to FINALLY get a grip on what's going on in the field of view of my cams'. Since it did allow me to view cams' from my PDA I gave up on Logi software and have been using this instead - quite successfully.
