Re: Online, but not connecting

Hello mynxdog,

I understand your frustration, but also I do not know you or how long you have had our cameras or been viewing online.

Also all the information I collect on here has to be passed onto the engineers so there are things I am required to ask just like when you call in.

I will pass on the information you have provided me.

Hello mynxdog,

Ok I did some testing on our machine here and at first when I press the camera name again from the website it does not load right away, but will load.

Also you can try clicking on cycle.

Can I have you try these steps for me?

Re: Online, but not connecting

I would like to try that but when I click on my cameras from http://online.wilife.com/MyLukWerks/Default.aspx I get an error that says, "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE"

Re: Online, but not connecting

Hello mynxdog,

I would like you to call into support when you are at your camera location. This is because we are not getting any reports at the time you posted that we are having trouble with our online viewing and I was able to connect to our cameras here using the same type of account as our users.

There might be other things going on with your setup right now.

In the meantime you can try rebooting your computer that has the cameras on it as well as rebooting your router as well.

To reboot your router you unplug its power for 1 minute then plug it back in.
