Is this an adaptor of your own?
I just do not recognize the name Turbo in any of our devices or do you just mean the type?
What version of the Command Center are you using?

I'm referring to the exact error that is given when I try to boot up the command center.
I'm using the latest version of command center.
Can you help?

Here are the steps I would like you to try.
1. Unplug the USB adaptor
2. Go to http://www.logitech.com/en-us/589/4311?WT.z_sp=Ima
3. Click on Lite install and choose Run
4. Go through the setup, but when asked to plug in the USB powerline adaptor click cancel.
5. Go to Setup in Command Center.
6. Click on Advanced.
7. Click on Find my cameras
8. Choose the Wilife USB powerline adaptor if you have the original adaptor.
9. It will then tell you to put the USB powerline adaptor in. Do this.
Continue with finding your cameras.
