Unable to access cameras online, website states it has expired and may be renewed or deleted. What's going on? I've paid for premium service and continue to be unable to access the site and now there may be no site at all.

9:53 PM CST and Still have no access via th eweb to my cameras.  Why are you r servers constantly going down so often now.  Ran 3-4 years with no issues now every other week there is a connection issue.

I would like a platinum memebership for all the troubles I've experienced latley....

I knew it wouldn't be too long before online viewing of cameras would be out again.  1/29/2012 New Orleans my cameras not viewable online again most of the day....  Command Center shows in the Online Status: Communication Error.  Website http://online.wilife.com/ not loading.  I have rebooted.

Did you let the DNS url expire?  online.wilife.com is not going to any logitech server.

Unfortunately I am not sure what is going on, but our engineers are looking into the issue.

Shocking that the new system is working but the legacy system isn't......hmmmmmmmmm.

The wilife system and the Alert system are two completely different websites and servers. Our engineers are working on getting the Wilife website back up.
