I have my cameras setup for direct viewing, but this viewing is still dependant on the Wilife service being up and available.
Does anyone know how to view the cameras video on the browser independently of the Wilife service??

It was reported that they were back up last night. Sadly though we do not work in the support center 24 hours a day so if something happens the engineers have no way of knowing.
This is also not affecting everyone, but as I have said when I get further information I will update these threads.
Please also try to keep only one thread open per issue.
Thanks,

Do you guys have any instructions on possibly viewing the cameras directly, that is bypassing the Logitech Wilife remote viewing service?

Using "Direct Mode" that some people are able to do is still using our servers.
The only real way would be to have something like LogMeIn to get access to your computer.

I just confirmed we were able to connect our Lab computer. Please everyone try again.

Do a search for BlueIris.
Its another brand of camera software that is only dependant on your equpiment and has
apps for Android and iPhone's.
