I'm not able to view my cameras... receiving the following error. They are online and saying that they are online.
WiLife Online Application Error
The web server encountered an unexpected condition and is unable to complete your request. This is not a problem with your browser or computer. Please try your request again later.

Makes three of us.. Are they even responding to these posts anymore? Shame I was thinking of signing up for platinum as a new user who just installed these cams..

Hello there,
Just curious, when was the last time you were able to see your Camera(s) remotely? Are you still getting the same error messages still? I did hear that their site went down but, it got restored pretty quickly.
Have you attempted to view the Camera(s) remotely there after? I doubt that you should be having anymore issues but, if you do, I would recommend that you drop an e-mail or perhaps give the support team a call.
Also, try the following just to cover you bases.
1, Open your web browser and clear the (cache, history, cookies, temp files) and apply the changes
2, Close the browser and re-launch a new browser and see if you can login and view your Camera(s).
If a reply adequately addresses issue, please click on the "Accept as Solution" and "Give Kudos" button so this information can benefit other users via search.

I noticed I've recieved this error for over 24 hours - I've cleared my cache and cookie's etc, tried different devices, web access, and operating systems - so what is the issue - am I the only one getting the error

Hello whylife,
Are you able to see the Camera(s) on the Command Center? Also, what do you see under the Online tab beside Online Status?
