This morning before leaving the house 1/30/12 6am EST I made sure everything was working on my Command Center before leaving the house. When I get to work and check in on the cameras my computer can't even find the WiLife online website! My connection is fine and I know my cameras are online at home, so why did Logitechs website for Wilife go blank? I know you're still in business because I can write this message on your website. As another victim mentioned, we have paid a LOT of money for these cameras and we regret that decision everytime you go off-line with no warning. I know Logitech would prefer we upgrade to their new cameras but they are not willing to help compensate for the cameras we currently have, which is rather unfair wouldn't you say? Keep investing with a faulty/flawed system is not a good selling point. So shutting WiLife on/off all the time does not make anyone want to invest in a system that is not reliable no matter what version you have of Logitech's security camera line. And not notifying your customer why/when you're going off-line and how long before getting back on-line is just plain bad business. I'm looking at a white screen "IE cannot display the webpage" unfortunately this is another typical screen you see with Logitech products.

It looks like they did not pay $9 to register their domain names so many Wilife sites are now down.

It appears my friend above may be right Wilife is registered through Go Daddy Domain and WiLife.com was created on 1/28/00 and expires 1/28/12  so they may not have paid the $3.95-$9 to register WiLife again? Would be nice if a Logitech Representative would notify us if this is the problem and when/if they are going to register OR if this is not the problem then what is and when/if our services will be restored.  Any communication from them would be helpful at this point.

Would you happen to have an (ABO) Anticipated Back Online timeframe to share with us? And, if possible, what was the cause of going dark in the first place (inquiring minds just gotta know)? It may also restore some confidence with your subscribers and let us know when to check back in to view our cameras... thank you..

Unfortunately I am not sure what is going on or have an ETA, but our engineers are looking into the issue.

Please confirm that Wilife online will still be a service. Again, I have both systems and believe it or not, the older Wilife has been more dependable than my Logitech Alert System. So in short, since I can't use my Alert system at all I have become reliant on the WiLife system - 

As soon as you get an idea of what the issue and resolution is , please let us know

I am not sure what the exact issue is, but our engineers are looking into it and we do still own the domain.

I'm receiving the message that the Domain Name Wilife.com expired on January 28, 2912 and is pending renewal or deletion. (This from godaddy)

Maybe Logitech should look into this
