This is as of today 1/31/12.

 

NOTICE: This domain name expired on 01/28/2012 and is pending renewal or deletion

 

 

Its nothing to do with engineers, its a Logitech accounting and GoDaddy.com issue.

 

 

I have a couple of my own domains and they can be paid and reactivated in hours.  This going on for days now shows some kind of major problem.

Different person, same stonewalling. 

 

OK Trevor......is Logitech going to authorize extensions of our subscriptions?  If not.....can you spell [word filter evasion]

It is clearly obvious that Logitech doesn't care about its customers.

I would be more than willing to adjust Platinum services to compensate for the down-time.

Once the servers are back up, please Private Message me with the email you use with WiLife and I will adjust your account balance accordingly.

Trevor, It is very obvious that this is more than a maintenance issue. The website shows that the domain has expired and it takes no time to renew a subscription and reactivate the page. This looks very bad on Logitech's products, support, and overall customer service. We are all paying customers and expect more than the tales we are being told.

Actually that is more information than what we have been given these past 3 days. The idea of Logitech telling us "when we hear something" is very unsettling that you have no clue what is going on. But letting us know you are not allowed to inform of us the details is still better than claiming you know nothing. I look forward to the "sticky" details of the server problem. I know myself and I'm sure other customers are glad to know our privacy is still secure as well. Is there any way you can give us an idea when this server/maintenance problem will be UN-stuck so that we don't have to keep checking in on progress updates?

What is going on with the wilife online? I just purchased the Platinum service and now I cannot access the wilife online. Unplugging and plugging back in will not help. There is no website available. I google Wilife and it comes up with online.wilife.com or some business like that. I have tried to access it from the ipad, the home pc and the work pc. NOTHING. Get it going again!

I have 5 cameras and I can't find the Wilife web page to login for remote access. Also, I am no longer receiving email alerts from these cameras. I can't even get an error message! It was working fine a couple of days ago.

I called the 1800 support number but had an unsatisfactory experience. I was directed to the wrong area, my complaint would be escalated but a response would take 3-4 days. One problem was the actual product I have, the indoor camera master security system, is no longer listed on the logitech website.

According to this thread this has been a problem for days. So when will it be resolved?

Is it a technical issue or administrative error? As pointed out the domain has not been renewed. Surely this is an easy fix.

Logitech has a responsibility to support their products.

When will this be fixed?

WiLife Online services are temporarily unavailable..... DNS expired since January 28, 2012

Dear support,

 

online.wilife.com is not working anymore since January 28th, 2012 because the URL expired and it's still not renewed.

 

By when we'll be able as a customer to use the service I paid >70 euros ?
