WiLife Online services are temporarily unavailable..... AGAIN!

This is getting really old.  We pay alot for these cameras and the Premium service.  Can you please get it working again???

 

Error I'm getting today is:

 

WiLife Online services are temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.

 

It was working last night and earlier today, just went out at 8:00am EST. (Virginia, USA)

I have not had any reports of it being down now.

 

Can you try again in relay mode if you are using direct?

 

Also did you disconnect then reconnect the connection on the computer with the cameras

WiLife Online services are temporarily unavailable.  Don't tell us " doesn't look down" or "log back out and back in" or "re-install common center"  - All I ask is that you be transparent on any real issues that you may be having - I've tried 3 different computers on different networks - it's Wilife issue not me.   And I also have Logitech Alert - which I liked until "no cameras found" - now it's a piece of junk and I'm left with my original Wilife Online system - so please tell me what the real issue is for "Wilife Online Services are Temporarily unavailable"   Wake up and check it out - thx

Dear whylife,

 

 We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenice but, we certainly are having some problems at this very moment. The engineers are aware of the issue are are working on the issue as we speak.

 

 I will keep you posted as i get any new updates.

It's 1-29-2012. I just went to check my security cameras, which are at my home in another state, and my internet service provider tells me it can't find the WiLife Online web site. Have you gone out of business and are just leaving all of us trusting costomers stuck with expensive, useless junk?

Unable to access cameras online, website states it has expired and may be renewed or deleted. What's going on? I've paid for premium service and continue to be unable to access the site and now there may be no site at all.

I believe they took our money and shut down. Now we are out everything we paid for.

I feel RIPPED-OFF.
