Wilife Command Center can't find videos it's recording

I just moved my Wilife software from my old XP system to my new Win7 system. I did the installation of Wilife 2.5. build 968. It found my outdoor camera ok. I set up the video Path to my d: drive.

(Command Center Disk Usage Screen)

Wilife displays a live camera image ok. It sends out email alerts with jpgs ok. It records activity to my d: drive, in the correct directory eg D:\Wilife Security\Camera 1 (MAC)\2012\06\30

And it displays bars on the timeline for recorded clips in playback mode.

BUT it won't play any clips in the app and removes the bars from the timeline when I try to play them back (the clips are still on the disk though).

Eg Here's my recordings folder. Compare to the above image which claims current usage at 0%.

Everything worked fine on my old XP system and I've duplicated all the same settings on my new Win 7 system.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hello ChrisMcMahon,

Have you tried uninstalling the Wilife Command Center software completely, then try installing software again? Let me know how this goes.
