after doing your suggestion, i noticed that below the "connect button"  it says

"ONLINE STATUS: COMMUNICATION ERROR"  (the info button is a broken link)

"STREAMING STATUS: INACTIVE-NO CLIENT"

Click the Connect button and see what happens. I just did it and can get a "Connected" Status

thats what i did. 

online status then says "attempting connection" for about 20 seconds then says "communication error"

still NOT online @ 11:30 am pacific  BC CANADA

online.wilife.com shows my system as being online even when i am not.  i have cleared my cache, browser history etc and restarted my compuet and it still shows me as online even with cameras shut down.  hmmm.....

Now I get this:

The web server encountered an unexpected condition and is unable to complete your request. This is not a problem with your browser or computer. Please try your request again later.

my message has stayed the same throughout.

"WiLife Online was not able to locate Command Center Aldergrove. Command CenterAldergrove may have gone offline without WiLife Online detecting the change.  close window"

I just got another update.

It looks like it has been fixed, but it is going to go through gradually.

So please keep trying and again we are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

NOT WORKING YET.  BC Canada.  2:20 pm pacific.

wilife online still shows me as online when i am not.

no error message now, but no video either. just black screen with message saying "connecting"

in setup>online it now says:

online status: connected

streaming status: inactive-no client

Have you disconnected then reconnected?

Try relay if you are using direct mode.

yes disconected and reconnected several times.

but, yes works in relay mode.  hmm.....  now I have a problem?

what did I do to lose direct mode?  what do I do to get it back?  I used to know this.
