Wilfe website is down. Looks like they didnt pay their bill. Unfortunately I paid alot of money for this camera system and for online viewing with a platinum acct. How do I get my money back? This is a scam. Shame on logitech for putting consumers through this.

Just spoke with a very helpful logitech rep. They informed me that the site will be back up within 24 hours. They are waiting on a dns update. I appreciate their prompt response. This is my first issue to date with the online.wilife.com site and I look forward to using it in the future.

When I am trying to view, i am redirected to a page saying the domain name has expired and needs to be renewed.

We are aware of this and our engineers are working hard to get our website back up. The domain is still under Logitech possession and no customer information has been compromised.

I have finally been able to access.......but only have relay viewing and not direct. Also have lost one camera and no matter what I try can not get anything.
