I'm getting an error message that wilife services are unavailable.

We had informed our Product Specialist about this last night.

Is this still occuring for people?

If it is what troubleshooting have you done and what is the exact message you are receiving.

I'm receiving the same error when I try to log in remotely.  "WiLife Online services are temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later." 

This happens quite regularly.  Every time I call about it they say the servers are down and usually have them up in a day.  Can someone from Tech Support please look into this problem.  Thank you.

I tried relay mode but received this message:

The web server encountered an unexpected condition and is unable to complete your request. This is not a problem with your browser or computer. Please try your request again later.

still not working.  this happens way to often.  do you people not realize that you are a security company when it comes to these cameras?

Still not working here either!  I sent a service request on this last night.  Why does it take so long to look into these problems?

It was reported that they were back up last night. Sadly though we do not work in the support center 24 hours a day so if something happens the engineers have no way of knowing.

This is also not affecting everyone, but as I have said when I get further information I will update these threads.

Please also try to keep only one thread open per issue.
