Day 3, online servers stil down as of 0745 hrs CST
Day 1, Logitech support indicated aware of problem, possibly fixed by end of day
Day 2, a.m. call, Logitech support indicated still working on
Day 2, p.m. call, Logitech support indicated may have been fixed, I indicated it was not, a little further research said back down again, IT working on solutions
Very dissapointing as this is an established system, used for security purposes, knowing that Logitech is not devoting any more resources to updates,
Last outage lasted 5 days.
Finally had to find a way to RDP from my Android phone to the computer my cameras are installed on, but it's unbearably slow...I guess better than nothing. (probably due to my older phone)
Logitech support: any updates?

Day 4, still down as of 19:26 CST
I'm a little disturbed by the fact there are only a few people posting to the forums; these can't be the only people that have Wilife systems...
If this is a not so subtle hint to upgrade to a different system-it's working. I'd rather just flat out be told Wilife isn't going to be supported anymore.
I, and I'm sure others would like to know, what could possibly happen where the server(s) would be down for so long?
Logitech support: Any updates?

Going on 4 days down? This is absolutely unacceptable! Hello Logitech, you sold this as is a security product, What good is it if it is down at all? And why am I paying $80.00 a year for a service that is unreliable? My property could have been robbed or vandalized in that 4 days and the service Im paying you for would have failed to deliver. What is the ETA on this issue?

Mine is still down, I called the first day after I started this topic and they did know about it.
The last time I had a problem it was only a couple hours so something big must have happened this time.
You dont need to upgrade your cameras as there are alternative software choices available like Blue Iris. It works well but costs $50 so I didnt get it yet. If this isn't working soon I might though as not having acess for 5 days, so far, and counting is not good especially when its the only way to view and you can't go directly like some other ip cameras.

Day 5, still down 0818 CST
I was going to try the Blue Iris route, I am, by any account, no expert, I tried the suggestions in the forum relating to Blue Iris, tried Googling for help to no avail. IMHO, Blue Iris is entirely too difficult to set up in comparison to the "plug-an-play" of the Logitech system. I set the ports to the recommendation, never worked, then it's another whole process to be able to view. Might be an option for those with no other option. I just chose to RDP into the computer my cameras are installed on. The whole thing is a real **bleep**, but I found easier than fighting with Blue Iris to work. I wish someone with more knowledge would post a step by step of setting up Blue Iris with the Wilife cameras and how to set up to view them online so there is a known working alternative when the Logitech Wilife servers are down.

My service is still down today. Anyone knows what the problem is? I can't get them on the phone either.

My access is still down as of 11am Eastern 7/18/2011.
I have started to look at the Blue Iris posibility and I agree it is not a plug and play alternative. I have it working with the 15 day trial, but i have not gotten as far as connecting it to the outside world so i can view from another location. That requires running a web server at my home (something i can do but not for the faint of heart) and getting a DNS entry so i can hit it.
