Called tech support at 11:30EDT today....still no ETA on a fix.  While it is little consolation they did extend my subscription by 15 days.

You dont need to upgrade your cameras as there are alternative software choices available like Blue Iris.  It works well but costs $50 so I didnt get it yet.  If this isn't working soon I might though as not having acess for 5 days, so far, and counting is not good especially when its the only way to view and you can't go directly like some other ip cameras.

Shame this is taking so long. They seem to have abandoned these customers. Poor communicaions also.

We have had reports of people having trouble viewing your cameras.

They should be working now.

Please log into your account and if you are still getting an error please copy the message down that you are getting so I can pass it on.

I have two different locations that both have this problem.   They have not been working for a few days.
