 The Wilife Server's there were giving us problems has been fixed as of Last Night. You should be able to view the Camera's remotely and access them without any problems.

 I would like you to check and confirm and get back if you are experiencing problems with any aspects of the Remote viewing.

 We Sincerely do once again apologize for the inconvenience you had to go through.

Yes, it came back up, thank you.   I do have a question/suggestion:    When there is a known issue, would it be possible to post a message on the web page?   Frequently the cameras just show the last status .... for example if they were up they still show up, etc.  It takes troubleshooting on my part to know if I need to reboot my clients, etc.

 We have requested this feature to be implemented. It will be posted online on the forum if and when such a feature is implemented.

 We do not have any information regarding this concern of yours and many others.  We do certainly know that our Engineering Team is working on this feature.

 Unfortunately, I do not have any further information to be provided at this time.

 I will keep you posted if I do happen to find any in which case this and many other threads will be updated accordingly.
