Wilife servers seem unavailable as of 8/10 0630CST,
3rd time in less than a month
Anyone else having issues?
I've got to start looking at more reliable alternatives, I just can't keep hoping this issue isn't going to resurface on a daily basis.

Yes, me too.
Please try again later.
WiLife Online services are temporarily unavailable.
The only real alternative is Blue Iris for $50 but you have to know how to port forward and configure your router manually.

The online access to Logitech's security camera system has become extremely unreliable due to these extended and frequent server outages. Anyone who is considering purchasing a security camera system from Logitech should look elsewhere. This is a complete reversal of my opinion from 2 years ago, when I was recommending the system to anyone who asked. I no longer trust that the company has the interest of its customers in mind. This appears to be an attempt to push users of the wilife system to purchase a new system from Logitech and many probably will. I will not and I hope others choose to boycott the new system as well.

There has been maintenance done lately to our servers that has caused some users to not be able to view online. This maintenance is to fix the issue that some people are having with remote viewing old videos.
We do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused and we do appreciate your patience.

Alert servers are fine. Please post any questions or troubleshooting in the Alert section so it does not become confused.
