I have had the system for about a week. I have an indoor and an outdoor camera. When I go to look at remote playback I see about 4 seconds of stillness, then the motion starts, after a short wile the clip ends - while the motion is still ongoing. I talked to tech support and they told me to turn up motion sensitivity to at least 70 - I did that and it didn't seem to make any difference. Today I turned it up to 80 and still it stops in the middle of the action. I like seeing the intruder, but would like to know what he is doing after first glance.
Also there are some alerts you can have emailed to yourself (online or not) - this worked the first day, but hasn't since - butthat may be I am not going offline like I did that first day or 2. This is not much of a biggy. I wish the picture was a little clearer - I don't think I could make positive id off the pictures I get.
Love the idea - hope I get my problems worked out - have had some issues with "connection" quality, that are not making my life joyous.

I have the same issue; I'm wondering why no one has resolved this. I have already missed important video because of this problem (vandalism case)
