I have tried installing the command center software for the hidden video camera about a dozen times. I always get the same error message "driver initialization error 0X00000424" I backed up my hard drive and re imaged the laptop to return it back to original factory settings to make sure it was not a corrupt file.... I still has the same error message, I have attempted to install it in safemode same error message. I need help in resolving this because with that error (I assume it is because of that error) the command center can not find the camera and the system is useless. I need help resolving this or in returning the product to you. I really want this system to work.... please help.

I too have the same problem and have found this out when upgrading to windows 7. Look to see that your loading disc covers Windows XP, XP Media center and Windows Vista as this might be the problem if your trying to load to Windows 7.

You probably installed the newest version CD. but if you read the fine print its for a 32 bit windows. window 7 is 64 bit. Go to the support and download from the website. worked for me
