iPhone access

Is there any way to access my wildlife cameras from my iPhone? I don't think I can download Microsoft Silverlight for the iPhone. I'm wondering if there's going to be an app? Or if there is iPhone support for the newer model of cameras? If there was going to be iPhone support for the new cameras I might consider upgrading.

Re: iPhone access

Hello Kristobin,

Do apologize for the delay in response.

The Wilife Camera(s) cannot be viewed using your iphone as you are already aware that they need Microsoft Silverlight which cannot be downloaded on your iphone.

All you will be able to do is log into your account and see your Sites and Camera status.

The Newer Alert Camera's do have iphone support. All you have to do is Download the Alert Commander App on your iphone and you will be able to log into the app and see your Camera(s) remotely.

If you purchase the Premium Services, you will also be able to see recorded video's on your iphone.

 Hope this helps.

If you switch to the BlueIris software you can use almost any iPhone camera app to view your feeds.

I use the "ip cam viewer pro" app by Robery Chou.

Re: iPhone access

Hello zhzubair,

I am not sure if you are on the right forum to address the concerns that you have.

You would be better off posting a reply to the thread on which you saw this information to get better assistance.

I don't think that Logitech would allow you to post and gain feedback regarding this issue.

I would also like to stress out to all that "under no circumstances" would an iphone be able to support Wilife Camera Systems".

There are other 3rd party softwares and apps that would allow your to see your Wilife camera(s) on your iphone but none of them are supported by Logitech.

On the side note, these Wilife Camera(s) have been discontinued and no longer in circulation. The only way you would be able to see these Particular camera(s) on your mobile device is by ensuring that it is a Windows Based Mobile Device and supports Silverlight.

 Hope this helps.

Take Care
